Forms of Administrative Activities with Relation to Limitation of Right to Property

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with particular forms of administrative activities which can restrict constitutionally guaranteed right to property, especially with secondary legislation, administrative decision and measure of a general nature. The aim of the paper is to introduce these particular forms of administrative activities and differences between them and to analyse how the right to property can be restricted by these forms of administrative activities.
