Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze the direction of changes in Polish criminal policy in the field of criminal law responses to perpetrators of sexual offenses. The points of reference for the conducted analysis are models of penal responses to the perpetrators of sexual offenses distinguished in the literature. The analysis of the rationale of certain bills adopted in Poland regarding the discussed issue leads to the conclusion that in recent years a departure from solutions that fit into the clinical work model and move towards a community protection model can be noticed.
