Summary/Abstract: The following article aims to analyze the competencies of the Disciplinary Committee for Students as a body conducting disciplinary proceedings. The considerations are centered around the scope of application of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The main questions discussed in the article are whether the Disciplinary Committee can use coercive measures against a witness who does not respond to the Committee’s request and whether a lack of precise regulation in this matter can lead to a limitation of the right of defence..
