Summary/Abstract: On account of formal and informal influence, human education changes and develops opportunities, abilities and predisposition of a person learning. Individuals and groups participating in education enter numerous interactions getting to know other people’s way of thinking and acting. Social bonds built in such a determined educational space, become basic determinant of subjects’ integration and cooperation. Undoubtedly, there are two basic environments involved in the process of child’s education, i.e. family and school. Being an element in both environments, the child struggles to understand complex social relations. Unfortunately, parents and teachers often present different values and distinct educational goals. That is why „Creative children – searching for individuality” project was created. Its aim is to develop 7-year-old children competence, as well as collaborative education of teachers and parents. This base in an attempt to build community trust and cooperation between parties mentioned. Present study features project’s out come and how it was implemented.
