Summary/Abstract: The article is a critical analysis of the Digital Services Right Act, which is presented to the public as an important step towards strengthening the rights of natural and legal persons as clients of public authorities and simplifying their status. It shows that most of the rights are not new, on the contrary, they exist in the current legislation and are not applied. It is pointed out that its application will require massive use of information technology, without which the rights to these services will not be available. Finally, it is stressed that the law does not contain effective means of ensuring the enforcement of rights and its corresponding. obligations.
