Summary/Abstract: The following article deals with lifelong learning in its meaning, values and forms. Today’s labour market requirements mean that even people who have long since left education must constantly improve their qualifications. This gives them opportunity for a better job and, as a result, a better salary, and in the long term, a better quality of life.
