Summary/Abstract: Unlike the previous regulation, the Law 85/2014 has established a deadline for the unilateral termination of the agreements that are causing prejudices to the debtor that is subject of the insolvency procedure – 3 months from the initiation of the procedure. However, in practice, we are facing several problems related to this deadline.
