Summary/Abstract: The publication deals with the principles of European Union law affecting the construction of a system of issuing administrative decisions. It’s about administrative decisions that apply European Union law. The principle of granting competences is of fundamental importance. It follows from this principle that decisions can only relate to cases forwarded by the Member States to be regulated by the legislative bodies of the European Union. In the process of applying EU law, this principle is complemented by the principles of subsidiarity and proportionality. The first of these is equally crucial for the construction of a system of application of European Union law. It is based on the rule that European decisionsare issued in areas where the law of the European Union is necessary. The principle of proportionality determines the choice of the type of act. The principle of loyal cooperation also plays an important role. The essence of this principle is that states trust each other. It can therefore be assumed that issuing decisions by national authorities does not disturb its uniformity in application.
