Civil aviation security system against an act of unlawful interference on the example of Poland

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this work is to verify the hypothesis stating that the Polish civil aviation security system can be recognized as an effective method of preventing acts of unlawful interference. Thus, the system approach was used so as to investigate how the Polish civil aviation security system is organized and whether it can be considered to be an effective method of preventing acts of unlawful interference. The elements of the security system, mainly the system areas, technical conservation measures, entities subject to the security system and acts of unlawful interference were discussed in this work. The security system at national level was presented as well.
