RESEARCH CONCEPT OF PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN THE NETWORK OF INTERNET

Summary/Abstract: This article examines the problem of relations related to the research of intellectual property in the Internet. The author finds and justifies the need to define the notion of intellectual property on the Internet. The analysis of scientific literature and scientific opinions concerning the notion of intellectual property has been carried out. On this basis, the method of information protection containing intellectual property features has been investigated. In the conclusions the author suggests, the concept of intellectual property on the Internet, and also provides an author's understanding of the concept of protection of intellectual property in the Internet.
