Summary/Abstract: The European Union's growing interest for the protection of asylum seekers finds concretization in the multitude of legislative instruments and multiannual programs. Through this article I wanted to give an overview of both the European legislative package, but especially the Romanian on the right to asylum and to increase the gap between common goals and implement different national asylum policy.
