Summary/Abstract: In this study focuses on the discussions in the literature on the importance of harmonizing the strategies of enterprises with human resource management. In addition, large-scale businesses in Turkey in the framework of relevant literature on the subject of human resource strategies implemented by management, as has been demonstrated in practice with theoretical examples. With the results of the discussions and conclusions about the adaptation of the strategies applied by the human resources management of the enterprises, it is aimed to mirror the current situation of the enterprises and to establish the foresight for the future and to determine the relevant discussions in the literature and to make a meaningful contribution to the relevant literature. To this end, the strategies implemented in enterprises of the importance of compliance and human resources management in the light of the debate in the literature, strategic human resources of large enterprises operating in Turkey was presented with examples from practice. Content analysis was carried out in the form of quotations in the way that the information was obtained in order to systematically examine the information obtained from the websites, books and articles of the enterprises in order to give meaning. In this article, resources related to the subject have been reviewed and various opinions and attitudes have been included. In our study, one of the leading sectors in Turkey and deliberate large-scale corporate profiles of the businesses selected by sampling method, mission and vision statements, and some of the strategies they employ, and it puts forward the samples. As a result of the literature review, it is seen that the harmonization of human resources with the strategies implemented in the enterprises is an important discussion area. In this article, it is determined as a result of the literature review that the enterprises create their corporate profiles by reflecting the mission and vision they envision by harmonizing their strategies with human resources, which are chosen according to the internal and external environmental conditions and the resources and capabilities of the enterprises. In order to support the applicability of the subject, strategic human resource management in selected enterprises is explained with examples.
