Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, with the increasing competition in the business environment and the spread of the importance of the human element, employee productivity becomes more and more important day by day. In this direction, positive organizational behaviors; The Company attaches importance to personal development in increasing performance and productivity, and points out that employees will contribute more to the business when they are optimistic and happy in their business lives. As a result of the positive psychological capital approach that brings a new perspective to the enterprises, the concept of psikolojik positive psychological capital ötesinde is used beyond social capital and human capital which is formed by the combination of the psychological capacities of individuals in the form of self-efficacy, hope, optimism and endurance. Positive psychological capital is one of the topics that best meet the characteristics of positive organizational behaviors. In this respect, it is aimed to determine the differences created by the demographic characteristics of bank employees in terms of self-efficacy, hope, optimism and endurance, which are the sub-dimensions of positive psychological capital. In the first part of the study, the conceptual framework for positive psychological capital is given. In the second part of the study, independent samples T Test and Anova Test were performed as a result of normal distribution of data in order to test the differentiation of positive psychological capital according to demographic characteristics. The data of the study was made with SPSS 21 package program. According to the results of the analysis, significant differences were found in terms of gender and working time variables.
