Summary/Abstract: In this study, the antecedents of innovative work behaviors (IWB) were examined in terms of individual and organizational aspects. As a result of the literature review and theoretical evaluations, employees‟ perceptions about corporate social responsibility (CSR) was considered as a related concept to IWB. Therefore, it was concluded that psychological safety perceptions contributed individuals‟ IWB as well as its mediating role has been revealed in several IWB researches. Based on this, it was assumed that psychological safety perception would have a mediating role on the relationship between CSR perceptions and IWB. In order to evaluate this relationship, a quantitative and cross-sectional study was conducted among the individuals who were working in various sectors, such as health, education, sales-marketing and bank-finance in Istanbul (N = 241). Factorial structures of the scales of this study were examined through Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Also, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analyzes were applied to test the hypotheses of the current paper. According to the findings, there is a positive relationship between employees' perceptions of CSR and IWB. In addition, psychological safety perception has a mediating role on the relationship between CSR perception and IWB.
