Summary/Abstract: This study analyzes the criminalization of money laundering carried out by art. 49 of Law no. 129/2019, with emphasis on the mutations suffered by the incrimination norm in the idea of its compatibility with the requirements of clarity and predictability imposed by the Romanian Constitution.
