ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF COMMITTING THE CRIME OFFENSE OF KILLING

Summary/Abstract: This article analyses the possibility of committing the homicide as a single continued infraction, although there are more and repeated actions through which the criminal tries to kill the victim. From the majority point of view, such a possibility does not exist. But in our opinion it is possible that in spite the fact that there are more actions of killing a person, they all come together as one single crime, committed in a continued manner.
