PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE AND THE TASK OF PROBATION UNDER THE ASPECT OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS

Summary/Abstract: Professional ethics in the judicial activity, the principle of innocence and the principle in dubio pro reo represent the cornerstone in pursuit of justice. Also, professional ethics is a condition sine qua non of organs that ensure the justice. All as a duty of judicial proceedings in that element is the burden of proof as an element of indictment to incriminate the defeandant in that case. In ower study, we tried to highlight some ways in witch state organs, entiled with the administration of justice could archive this in a honorable and worthy way.
