Summary/Abstract: The requirement to develop the HR management activities contributes to the reform in the field of professional training for the staff within the Ministry of the Internal Affairs, as a development sense of the up-to-date system. The article relies on a thorough research of the present professional training system, available for the police and military staff within the MIA, and aims to suggest a possible approach in order to complete or to improve the standards as well as the particular strategic documents.
