CHALLENGES OF ROMANIAN PUBLIC ORDER AND SECURITY FOR THE SUSTAINABLE CONSOLIDATION OF THE RULE OF LAW

Summary/Abstract: In the center of the concerns of the state and public authorities in Romania must be permanently and consistently public order and citizen safety, as major landmarks which determine the proper functioning of all state institutions and sustainable strengthening the rule of law. For this purpose through this analysis we proposed to emphasize that a very important role in ensuring and maintaining public order and safety, has the judicious administration of the institutions in tasks which fall defending by both political regime, the interests of citizens, measures that contribute to the enforcement of laws and judicial decisions, good coexistence in society, as well as the proper functioning at a high level of quality of all public services that these institutions provide.
