Summary/Abstract: The article intends to address the question of the prohibition of racial and national discrimination, in the context of the general principle of non-discrimination institution, as was enshrined in international treaties in the field of human rights. We have defined the concepts of racial discrimination and religious, illustrating with examples from case law of the ECHR.
