Summary/Abstract: Civil Code contains several provisions relating to marriage in Title II ‐ Marriage, where the legislature makes a number of references to the place of execution or publication where appropriate, acts using the term "domicile or residence ..." . Question whose answer we seek is to determine the intention of the legislature in the sense of choosing one or the other of the two listed alternative basically which of the two prevails.
