Summary/Abstract: Mankind has become a human right and everything was looking good in law: the desire to live in the right to life, the desire to work in the right to work, rest in law desire to rest, desire picture in right of personal portrayal, a desire to publish a book entitled to publish a book, the desire for friendship in the friendship, the desire for education in the right to education. It seems, however, that a right is not really than when it is threatened. Many of our desires are, in turn, rights of personality. But the single life takes on the character of originality and is therefore a central element of personality.
