FORMS OF EMPLOYEE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED TO EMPLOYERS AND THE CUMULATION OF EMPLOYEES WITH OTHER FORMS OF LEGAL LIABILITY

Summary/Abstract: The main aim of the study is to present the forms of liability for damages caused to employers by their employees, namely: individual, divisible and subsidiary responsibility. Next we analyzed patrimonial liability of employees in relation to material liability and tort and then its overlapping with disciplinary, contraventional and criminal liability.
