Summary/Abstract: Purpose – This study was conducted to determine the effect of employees’ self-confidence and creativity levels on their happiness. Design/Methodology/Approach – In this study, a model was created of the relationship between the concept of self confidence, creativity and happiness. The independent variable of the study is self confidence, whereas mediating variable is creativity and the dependent variable is happiness. Self Confidence Scale which was developed by Akin (2007), Creativity Scale which was developed by Kaufman (2012) and validity and reliability test of which were done by Sahin (2016), and Happiness Scale which was developed by Hills and Argyle (2002) and validity and reliability test of which were done by Dogan and Cotok (2011) were used in order to collect data for the study. The sample of implementation is the 212 white-collar employees in the private and public sector in the defence industry in Turkey. Findings – According to the results obtained, it has been concluded that the sub-dimensions of self-confidence which are internal and external self-confidence affect happiness indirectly through self/daily creativity. In addition to this, external self-confidence affects happiness directly.
