Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The aim of the study is to investigate whether the information sharing variable has moderator role in the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance variables, which are two important concepts in the organizational behavior literature. Design/methodology/approach – The data used in the study were collected with three scales applied in October-November 2019 to 376 workers in IT sector in Ankara and the analysis of the model was tested by correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. SPSS and AMOS package programs and Python and R programming languages were used in the this study. The correlation analysis and moderator effect of information sharing variable in SPSS (PROCESS module) package program and Python programming language; the tests related to univariate and multivariate normal distribution assumption of the data used in the study in R programming language and the confirmatory factor analysis of scales in the AMOS package program, were done.
