Summary/Abstract: This paper analyzes the dynamics of conflict escalation or decrease or based on the peculiarities of the human psyche and context menus conflict situation. Although escalation is a natural reaction and its reduction is a learned response, knowledge of conflict resolution and efficiency indicators may find favorable solutions, they act as whistleblowers situational.
