SCHENGEN-SPECIFIC POLICE TRAINING SYSTEM

Summary/Abstract: Physical training of policemen and the teenagers in the police schools at EU level is an important objective nowadays when crominal groups own and use paramilitary forces very well trained. Member States have in their curricula, both for the entrance examination and for the training period an important number of hours for special training. This article underlines the main patterns of basic and further physical training od police officers in the operative field as well as special forces in the Member States.
