Summary/Abstract: The article ponders upon, undoubtedly, the complexity of identifying the framework and legal tools relevant to the approach sanctioning terrorist acts and deeds and/or related to terrorism. The novelty and originality of the autor’s approach consists of anchoring the main topic - fighting terrorism as a whole - to the variety and real life bz relating, impartially, to the two main families of law and to the specific enforcement of traditional law, of wich the most representative is the Islamic one.
