ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLICATIONS OF SOME LEGAL RULES ON PUBLIC FOOD IN ROMANIA MEMBER COUNTRY OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Summary/Abstract: The actions taken by ANAF in preventing and combating tax evasion had the effect of entering a long-expected normality for operators working in public food. In this regard, it is worth noting that the controlled companies didn’t use to introduce all the amounts collected from customers on fiscal cash registers. In this article, we will specify the main regulations that have resulted in substantial proceeds to the state budget by requiring operators to tax all their income.
