Summary/Abstract: Abstract: After more than 50 years; was sentenced reopen relatives conviction records. Relatives of convicts seek reimbursement of property confiscated by the former dictatorial regime. The request for the review of sentences is strictly limited to cases referred by the criminal law. This article presents the history of crimes against national security; especially the treason. We present a case study on trial in 1954 and the review in 2009 and 2010 in Romania.
