If in the totaliar sistems, media was strict controlled threw 'the centre', in tranzition democracies and in specialy in the advanse, the mass-meda manipulation involves the development of some strategies extremly complicates and subtiles, but with an extraordinary force to influence public opinion, because the ordinary people got used sincerly belive in inpartiality of journalists, to depend almost exclusively by their informations.Mass media influences guids and direcs public opinion, the intereses and the motivationes of the people even beyound their own will. The control that mass media use to exercises on the reality of life led the U.S people to concider the information function of media like an oversight function, or by controlling information can be obtained the most eficent subversiv arm, widely. The mass media effect represents a set of processes at the individual and social level that are producesing by mass media by messages.
