Summary/Abstract: Drug trafficking has profound effects on individuals and society throughout the world. For individuals, drugs endanger the health and livelihood security. Nationwide, the relationship may lead to drug crime and the causes and consequences conflicts, poor governance and underdevelopment. Poor countries are especially vulnerable and need support in providing resources to beak the cycle. Global dimension on the drug issue is very important, because illicit drug market knows no boundaries, nature putting them beyond any single government, rich or poor.
