SOME PARTICULARITIES REGARDING HEARING IN THE CASE OF VICTIMS OF TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS

Summary/Abstract: In the last decade human trafficking, as corruption, economy or financial frauds, registered unimaginable and unacceptable proportions to our society, becoming a major problem both nationally and internationally, representing one of the largest manifestations of crime. Having manifestations related to organized crime (drug trafficking, arms trafficking, terrorism, etc.), human trafficking can create vulnerabilities related to economic and social stability of states, even peace and security, the demographic balance by the inability of social protection mechanisms or public health, by exceeding the absorptive capacity of the market of legal work and, implicitly, by upsetting the balance of forces between the structures for control of legality and public order and proportion of population dedicated to criminal activity.
