Summary/Abstract: Group productivity performance depends on the weakest component of the group. Considering United Europe without taking into account the Western Balkans is by far a reckless manner in the attempting to secure external borders. And that is because Europe is complete (taking into account historically and geographically reasons) only including this region. Even if these countries are just emerging, there is compelling evidence proving that pro-European attitude has an exponential growth. Such evidence is MARRI (The Migration, Asylum, Refugees Regional Initiative) and it is in our powers to help them integrate. Helping them, sharing our experience and know-how will also help us by strenghtening Europe capacity of response to one of the biggest challenges at the start of the 3rd millenium: irregular migration.
