Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to show the events that took place in 1917 in Russia and in Fatima. In February of that year, a revolution broke out, resulting in the abdication of Tsar Nicholas I. In July, during the Third Apparition of Our Lady to three children: Jacinta, Francisco and Lucia, the Mother of God asked for a prayer for the conversion of Russia. The events of the following months led to the collapse of the coalition government and the outbreak of the October Revolution, which changed the fate of the Russian people and became the source of the fight against religion. It was only during the “Autumn of Nations” that the request of the Mother of God for the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary was fulfilled.
