Summary/Abstract: Employment has an important place in terms of world economies and societies. Policies for increasing employment opportunities also contribute directly to production. However, unregistered employment, where the economies are struggling and the activities carried out, are seen as an important problem in terms of their effects and results. This problem must be tackled and appropriate policies should be determined. Internationally, the International Labor Organization (ILO) develops various strategies with a decent work policy. Preventing child labor, increasing female employment and preventing unregistered work are the primary objectives of these strategies. As a result, it is predicted that the necessary economic growth and development will take place. In order to avoid informality Social Security Institution in Turkey (SGK) has continued its various activities. For these activities, five main strategies are determined and the necessary effort is maintained. The importance of social security is emphasized and issues such as auditing, service quality, awareness and employment costs are discussed. In the Ministry of Finance, the Revenue Administration (GĠB) prepares action plans to prevent informality. In these plans, the treasury revenues of the state have an important place. Therefore, there are tax payments on the basis of activities.
