The printer’s case from Łódź

(comments on the article by Mikołaj Iwański, Ph.D., from the perspective of legal theory)

Summary/Abstract: The paper is a polemic with the article on the printer’s case from Łódź by Mikolaj Iwanski. My remarks concern three issues discussed in the Iwanski’s text – its philosophical inspiration, and the criteria and general strategy of adjudicating conflicts similar to the printer’s case. In my paper I primarily disagree with solution implied by Iwanski.
