Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to defend the Supreme Court’s statement on the possibility of recognizing the Internet as a public space. Furthermore, this article aims to create a universal assessment model in order to determine whether certain parts of the Internet can be perceived as a public space or not, especially from the perspective of the most popular social media sites. The analysis is based on the critical review of literature and case law. The conclusion of the article is a full confirmation of the statement held by Supreme Court.
