The Authenticity of a Private Document

Summary/Abstract: The article regards the issue of the authenticity of private documents. Considerations presented in the article are based on the dogmatic and linguistic method. In the first place, the author analyzes ideas presented in the polish literature and case law. Then, based on some theoretical presumptions, he attempts to prove that authenticity understood as a factual origin of a document should be grounded on both physical and intellectual relations.
