The organization of work in the forklift truck unloading

Summary/Abstract: The study presents the problem of forklift work in the process of unloading a truck. During the research, the activities forming this process were determined, their order was determined, the duration of individual operations was determined, and the unloading process was graphically depicted using the Gantt chart. It was found that the unloading of the vehicle was carried out efficiently, which allowed for maintaining the continuity of other processes in the company. The proper layout of the warehouse, which allowed the forklift operator to perform free maneuvers, also influenced the unloading efficiency.
