Summary/Abstract: Romanian constitutional system devoted a two-headed executive composed of the President of Romania, on the one hand, and the Government, headed Prime Minister, on the other hand. President of Romania is part of the executive and, as such, meets the essential prerogatives of this power, with a range of administrative tasks, and some political. Between the President and the Government, represented by the Prime Minister, there are no subordination relationships, but collaborative, current political regime is characterized as a semi -presidential regime attenuated or parlamentarizat.
