Summary/Abstract: The author aims to eliminate confusion from penal doctrine on the subject of the offence. Thus, the article makes a distinction between recipients of the penal norm, social values, and some holders of the offence. All subjects of the offence are also subjects of criminal law, but not all subjects of criminal are subjects of the offence.
