Summary/Abstract: Study vacation is derived from the right of the employee to meet his own needs in terms of developing and perfecting his professional career. This is a human right that includes both personal and professional needs. Professional training of the employee has two aspects, an objective one, regarding advanced knowledge and modern procedure, necessary for daily professional tasks and obtaining professional qualifications, and an subjective one, regarding the career development, to satisfy own needs and to enhance continuously.
