Summary/Abstract: Contemporary Europe is facing a new challenge, after the sovereign debt crisis of 2008, repositioning both politics and economics and thus the juridical from Member States and leading towards an unpredictable Europe, in which the „solidarity”notion, so circulated in political, legal and especially in the media, receives new dimensions. This article offers a brief ray of European society as a whole within the context of the „wave of immigrants/refugees” who assaulted (invaded) Europe. Beyond the collective and general interest, the national interest of each member State of the EU politico-administrative structure or geographical area which reprezents European continent starts „to give headaches” literally to the European leaders who have seen fit in ' solidarity mask „to impose quotas of refugees to all Member States.
