Summary/Abstract: Our article aims to focus on the training of translators in the legal field by using computer-assisted translation tools and online resources (glossaries of comparative terminology, specialized bilingual dictionaries, books on general law, CAT tools, etc. ), representing useful working tools which translators must be conversant with. Thus, translators should acquire technical competence for finding information. In addition, we propose a terminological analysis (Romanian instanţă / French instance) which will allow us to highlight the terminological and linguistic specificities of this type of specialized translation which is primarily based on an inductive and deductive digital approach. It is , in fact, a self-learning activity for translators throughout their professional careers.
