Summary/Abstract: The lack of patterns related to the importance of variables influencing the state’s security correlated with another state’s security has become a major problem for decision-makers and security researchers. In this article, one applied neural network simulations in order to measure the impact of certain variables among the intensity of bilateral relations between states. One operationalized the Copenhagen Security Model, connecting but also establishing the borders between security studies and international relations. The general conclusion of the article is that the propagation of the exchanges between states in human resources, materials, and holdings is a must as the final effects over the states is to lower their divergences and maximize its own state’s level of security.
