The result of the test of hypotheses established a relationship between workplace deviant behavior and low standard of health care delivery. The findings of the study were that: i)There is a relationship between work slowdown and gross patient number in public hospitals (X2c = 32.87), ii)There is a relationship between favouritism and medical tourism in Nigeria (X2c = 31.82). The study concluded that workplace deviant behavior has significant impact on health care delivery in Nigerian public Hospitals. Consequently, the study recommended that measures to minimize workplace deviant behaviors should be taken in order to improve the standard of health care delivery in Nigerian public hospitals.
