Summary/Abstract: Assessment of bioterrorist vulnerabilities, threats, and risks require the collection of a huge amount of multidisciplinary data from human medicine, veterinary and phytosanitary fields and from the environment, defense and national security. Based on retrospective data and updated information, we can estimate the prospective risk to public health, both for troops and civilians in the area. There is software mapping the epidemiological situation, observing the situation, and reporting outbreaks in short time. It can be combined with the reporting program and WMD simulation to obtain real time CBRN surveillance.
