The first part of the article describes the Storyline method in the context of work with preschool children, highlighting the social and emotional development of children. The next part presents the description of the project and a detailed plan of the workshop concerning a paleontologist’s profession. The last part of the article presents the authors’ conclusions and reflections on the effectiveness of the Storyline method in pre-school education. In conclusion, the article’s aim is to present student’s activities and creativity in the perspective of practical work with children, and to inspire future and current preschool teachers to use their own creative potential in educational work.
