Improvement of the implementation process of modern enterprise strategy

Summary/Abstract: Results obtained in a number of enterprises show the uncertainty in determining and following the sequence of stages of the implementation of the strategy, what becomes the main reason for the ineffective implementation of strategic management in general or the use of its individual elements. The aim of the work is to develop principles of the formation of systematic interrelated stages of the process of implementation of the enterprise strategy using balanced systems of indicators. The paper highlights the main elements of the strategy implementation process, taking into account the main tasks, preconditions and conditions for its implementation. For these elements, applying the results of studies on the peculiarities of the formation and use of a balanced system of indicators obtained through the use of comparative analysis, empirical generalization and system approach, specific stages of the strategy implementation process are proposed. The research of the activity of modern enterprises contributed to the determination of the sequence and the establishment of interrelationships between the selected stages.The results of the use of the proposed approaches to the implementation of the formed strategies by several domestic enterprises confirm their effectiveness in terms of efficient and operational implementation of selected strategies in general, and, especially, the general strategies of diversified enterprises.
